The trajectory lasts 2 months, is 3 days a week from 10:00 to 16:00, costs €1650,- and consists of a number of fixed components. But, together we make the program. So with your input and ideas, each program is unique and different.
You will end up in a group of maximum 15 people. In doing so, you and the coach will discover more about you and where your talents lie. You will also help each other as a group with giving feedback. Together, you are the school! The trajectory consists of the following components:

MARTIN
Maarten is the owner of the workshop and has been building the most amazing huts and projects for years. He knows everything about wood, is a musician and can do endless tricks. He creates a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere and is always ready to help you.

IRIS
Iris is the founder and creator of De Village. She is the head coach in the process. She is a real driving force. She also likes to sew performance outfits, knows everything about chickens and is an educationalist at Herman Brood Academy.

procedure
We bouwen voor opdrachtgevers zoals bedrijven en festivals. Voor ieder project schakelen we een unieke bouwkunstenaar in. Zo steunen we ook creatief Deventer! De kinderen die meebouwen leren schroeven, zagen, schilderen en samenwerken. Het zorgt ervoor dat we een unieke band opbouwen met de jongeren die meedoen.
De Village is een goed project voor als je meer verbinding zoekt tussen jongeren en ook voor als je een diepje lager wilt kunnen gaan. Want tijdens het bouwen leren we jongeren echt goed kennen. Juist door te bewegen te sjouwen en dingen te doen die je nooit eerder hebt gedaan, krijgen we een beter beeld van wie iemand is. Coaching vanuit good vibes. Wil je meer diepgang op dit vlak? Dat kan!
Wil je dat we iets voor jouw bedrijf/ project bouwen? Met dat bijltje hebben we vaker gehakt ;). Jullie zorgen voor de materialen en een leuke opdracht waarin ruimte is voor wat scheefgezaagde randjes. Wij doen de rest met de jongeren en met alle mensen vanuit jullie organisatie die zin hebben om mee te bouwen.
De kosten zijn afhankelijk van subsidies etc. Maar het kost je in ieder geval de uren van de kunstenaar, een hulpcoach en de uren voor de organisatie van De Village. Neem contact met ons op om samen een plan te maken. We bouwen met 2 begeleiders op ± 10 jongeren. Vrijwillige hulp vanuit medewerkers of buurtgenoten is daarom altijd wel nodig en welkom!
